Dessert at Alinea

Here’s a short video of the final dessert at Alinea from our trip to Chicago. Work of art. Sneaky buggers filled me with sugar (though it was worth it). I particularly liked the violet sauce (though it sounded like it was made with violence). Nom nom nom

    1. The brown stuff is melted milk chocolate. I can’t remember what the rest of it is made of but the chef says what each ingredient (most of them anyway) is as he puts it out.
